Help us shape an introduction session to LinkedIn for our community

June 24, 2024

Further to feedback we had from the end of year survey we did in December 2022 we launched a new Co-Production Collective page on LinkedIn in July last year and now have 785 followers.

We chose LinkedIn as when asked in the survey ‘What social media channel would you like Co-Production Collective to communicate with you on?' It was the second most popular social media channel after X/Twitter.

At Co-Production Collective we are looking at ways to further champion and promote co-production opportunities for involvement. Our newly redeveloped website coming soon will help with this, but we also want to encourage and support our members to use LinkedIn if they are interested in doing this.

We know that not all of our community members are on LinkedIn and/or may be new to it and may need some support to understand it better. They may also want to gain an understanding of how to make the best use of it in a way that works for them.

That’s why we would like to offer an online introductory session to LinkedIn and are looking for 2 members of our community to co-produce it with us:

  • 1 who is an experienced LinkedIn user
  • 1 who is new to LinkedIn

Time commitment and payment

You would need to be available to attend one or two online meetings lasting about an hour in the last two weeks of July as well as the introductory session which we hope to do early August. You will be paid £25 per hour in line with our payment policy.

If you are interested in co-producing this training with us, please email George and Krisztina on coproduction@ucl.ac.uk by 9am on Monday 8 July.
