Co-Production Collective Allies Group: July Meeting Notes

On 22 July 2022, Co-Production Collective's Allies Group met once more to discuss key areas of our work. We're sharing the minutes so you can catch-up with what was discussed.

The Allies Group act as Co-Production Collective's advisors and sounding board, bringing their different experiences and expertise to guide our development. We meet 3-4 times a year and they support us to make connections, identify opportunities to raise awareness of our work, and help us ensure our future sustainability.

The most recent meeting on 22 July 2022 was a chance to update the Allies Group members on our recent work and discuss items including:

• A discussion on the specifics of what the future structure and functioning of the Allies Group could look like – how to ensure the group reflects both our core values and the diversity of the communities which we represent. And how to enable the Allies Group to evolve to meet the needs of the Collective over time.
• An update on our funding situation – as our main funding sources comes to an end and we consider which routes to take to best secure a sustainable future for the Collective.
• The latest in terms of our staffing situation – and discussion on how best to ensure we secure and support the Collective’s most valuable asset – our people (including everyone in our community).
