Job opportunity: Co-production & Communications Manager

Fancy joining the Co-Production Collective Team? We're looking for a great communicator and organiser.

Do you have experience of marketing, communications work and the delivery of training and/or workshops? Are you interested in and have a passion for, co-production in research, policy and service development? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Co-Production Collective is growing! We are looking for someone to lead on our marketing and communications and to help with the delivery of some of our work.

This role exists to manage our internal and external communications, and the delivery of elements of our ongoing work to co-produce ourselves as a community or that has been commissioned by a variety of different types of partners. It will involve developing and delivery of Co-Production Collective communications and marketing (including our blog, newsletter, email inbox and social media) and working closely with our community on the co-creation and delivery of Co-production Collective events and workshops in a way which is reflective of our core values.

This role would be part-time – four days a week (30 hours). It would involve working closely with Niccola, the rest of the Co-Production Collective team, and our community co-producers. The role is funded until the end of March 2023 in the first instance.

Key Requirements

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is committed to upholding Co-Production Collective’s core values. These underpin our approach to co-production and guide everything we do. More specifically, we’re looking for someone who is a great organiser, communicator and collaborator, and has a strong understanding of accessibility.

The salary for this role is £19.32-£23.32 per hour, £36,770 - £44,388 per year if full time. It is equivalent to UCL Grade 7.

We plan to employ the successful candidate via UCL’s recruitment agency for temporary roles, AdvantagexPO but are open to conversations about other routes, e.g. self-employed freelancer.
