Job opportunity: Co-production Manager

Are you interested in co-production, inclusive health research and service development? Do you have experience of managing projects or programmes and enjoy working with people from a variety of different backgrounds? If so, we would like to work with you!

Co-Production Collective is currently in the second year of a project we’ve been commissioned to deliver by NHS England and NHS Improvement. The project involves the co-production of innovative new approaches and improved access to hearing checks for children and young people who are autistic, have a learning disability, or both, in residential special schools across England.

We’re looking for a someone to manage the development and the delivery of this project. Ideally this will be on a full-time basis, but we’re open to discussing part time options.

The appointment is until the end of March 2023 in the first instance.

 

Key Requirements

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is committed to upholding Co-Production Collective’s core values. These underpin our approach to co-production and guide everything we do. More specifically, we’re looking for someone who is a great organiser, communicator and collaborator, and has a strong understanding of accessibility.

The salary for this role is £19.93-£22.87 per hour, equivalent to UCL Grade 7.

We plan to employ the successful candidate via UCL’s recruitment agency for temporary roles, AdvantagexPO but are open to conversations about other routes, e.g. self-employed freelancer.
