Your feedback needed to help develop and improve our Co-Pro Cuppas

At Co-production Collective, we're all about fostering collaboration and community engagement, and our Co-Pro Cuppas are a perfect example of this. These informal monthly online meet-ups provide a relaxed environment where anyone with an interest in co-production can come together, share ideas, and learn from each other, over a comforting cup of coffee or tea. Or even hot chocolate if that’s what you prefer! 😊

At the Collective one of the core values we live by is being reflective. After running Co-Pro Cuppas for four years and observing how people dip in and out and come and go, we’d love to get your feedback about why you come to them or not, and if there is anything we can do to improve them. We’d also love to hear if you would like us to do any topic-based Cuppas and if so, what these should be about. And, as always please share any other ideas you have.

We’d love to hear from you why you take part in Co-Pro Cuppas and if they are not your cup of tea, we’re also interested to find out why. This will help us to ensure our Co-Pro Cuppas are as helpful and enjoyable as possible,

Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve and evolve these sessions to better meet our community’s needs. So, we’d love you to answer the following questions:

• How many cuppas you have been to and how often you take part in them?
• What would you rate Co-Pro Cuppas out of 5 (with 1 being terrible and 5 being excellent)?
• What do you like most about the Co-Pro Cuppas?
• How can we improve Co-Pro Cuppas?
• Would you be interested in coming to quarterly themed Cuppas? If so, what topics would you like to discuss?

How you can give us your feedback

You can give us your feedback by either filling out this short survey or emailing your answers to these questions to coproduction@ucl.ac.uk. This should take you no more than five minutes and it will really help us to plan Cuppas in the future, so if you can spare the time to do this by 9am Monday 9 September, we’d really appreciate it.

Join Us at the Next Co-Pro Cuppa

We invite you to join our next Co-Pro Cuppa session on Tuesday 6 August 15.00 – 16.30 UK time. Bring your ideas, your enthusiasm, and of course, your favourite mug!.

As some of you will know, we are currently redeveloping our website and would like to use the last half an hour of the August Cuppa to record your thoughts about the following:

• What being part of Co-Production Collective means to you
• How you have benefited from being part of Co-Production Collective
• What co-production means to you
• What you get out of attending our Co-Pro Cuppas

If you do not wish to take part in this then feel free to leave the Cuppa early. We thought it was good way to capture people in one place and we often get really feedback from people at Cuppas that gets lost as they are not recorded. However, we totally understand if you would rather not take part.

Dates for Co-Pro Cuppas taking place in the Autumn:

• Friday 6 September at 14:00 (UK time)
• Tuesday 1 October at 13:00 (UK time)
• Tuesday 5 November 11:00 (UK time)
